Verkaufsbedingungen

Available Daily Paintings

 

Paintings posted on my Available Daily Paintings blog cost 200 Euro each. The price contains apart from the painting a beautiful white gift box and protective packaging.


Mail costs are added to the sales price.

17 Euro to US as an insured letter (insured for 35 Euro)

6,30 Euro as DHL package within Germany

Between 9,00 and 15 Euro within EU as registered or value letter depending on postal national regulations, please ask for quotes or mail costs for other countries. The exact postage cost will be confirmed in the purchase confirmation.


Customs and other duties may apply and can vary for each country. Please check with your local authorities in advance.


A contract is concluded with your intention of purchase and accepting our confirmation that will be sent out by  email.

Please read the confirmation email thoroughly. There, you an also find additional information on the right of withdrawal.


Terms of Payment

The sales price is due before the delivery of the painting (prepayment). The payment has to be made within two weeks after receiving the confirmation email, the latest.

This also applies for purchases that will be picked up at the studio.


After the confirmation, we will send you through PayPal a payment request for the complete costs. PayPal enables the payment in Euro even if you are located outside the Euro zone. Bank Transfer is also possible, but please make sure that all charges are billed to the sender.


Delivery Date

Please allow a minimum of four to six weeks until we can post your painting. As each painting is put into the blog on the same day that I paint it, the paint will still be very fresh and needs time to dry sufficiently. After this drying time and when your payment has arrived, I will send the painting and inform you about the shipment to the delivery address supplied by you or you will get an email saying the painting is ready to be picked up.


To document each painting and its condition it will be photographed before it is sent to you. Should you observe on arrival any damage in the package causing harm to the painting please let us know immediately.


You receive an unique original painting by me. Providently, I may however point out, that all copyright and further usage rights for and of this painting do remain with me.

Bilder, die auf meinem Available Daily Paintings blog gepostet werden kosten jeweils 200 Euro. Der Verkaufspreis umfasst neben dem Bild außerdem eine weiße Geschenkbox sowie eine sichere Umverpackung. Hinzu kommen die


Versandkosten, die zum Verkaufspreis addiert werden:

Zwischen 9,00 Euro und 15 Euro innerhalb Europas entweder als Einschreiben oder Wertbrief je nach den postalischen Vorschriften des Bestimmungslandes.Die genauen Portokosten werden individuell in der Kaufbestätigung angegeben, vorab oder für andere Länder auf Anfrage


Zoll- und andere Gebühren können bei der Einfuhr anfallen und sind Länderspezifisch. Bitte informieren Sie sich  hierzu vorab bei Ihren zuständigen Behörden.


Ein Vertrag kommt mit Ihrer Kaufabsicht und der Annahme unserer Bestätigung die wir Ihnen per email senden, zustande. Lesen Sie die Bestätigungsmail aufmerksam durch; dort finden Sie auch nochmals Informationen zum Widerrufsrecht.


Zahlungsmodalitäten

Der Kaufpreis ist vor der Lieferung des Bildes zu entrichten (Vorkasse). Die Zahlung des Kaufpreises hat spätestens zwei Wochen nach Erhalt der Bestätigungsmail zu erfolgen.


Sie können per Banküberweisung bezahlen. Außerdem ermöglichen wir die Zahlung per PayPal. Bei Auslandsüberweisungen achten Sie bitte darauf, dass alle Bankgebühren vom Absender der Zahlung zu tragen sind.


Lieferfrist

Bitte planen Sie mindestens vier bis sechs Wochen ein, bis das Bild verschickt werden kann, da jedes Bild an dem Tag, an dem ich es male, in den blog gestellt wird und richtig durchtrocknen muss, bevor ich es versenden kann. Sobald es soweit ist und auch Ihre Zahlung vorliegt, schicken wir das Bild im versicherten Versand an die genannte Lieferadresse oder Sie bekommen eine Email, dass es abholbereit ist.


Zu Dokumentationszwecken und um die Unversehrtheit festzuhalten, wird jedes Bild vor dem Versand fotografiert. Sollten Sie bei Erhalt der Sendung eine Beschädigung der Verpackung, die in einem Schaden am Bild resultiert, feststellen, informieren Sie uns bitte sofort.


Sie erhalten mit dem Bild ein einzigartiges Original. Rein vorsorglich weise ich aber darauf hin, dass sämtliche Urheberrechte und weitere Nutzungsrechte (z. B. für Bearbeitungen des Motivs) bei mir verbleiben.
